Age 79, of Newark, Delaware, passed away February 2, 2026 in Newark, Delaware at his home.

Ken was born to John and Anna Muth on April 28, 1946. He graduated from William Tennet High School in Johnsville, PA in 1964, and later worked as a Chief Yeoman for the United States Navy, serving from 1965-1988. Ken was a quiet neighbor- the kindest soul. He spent his time with home projects and was a master craftsman. He will be remembered by those who knew him because of gentle spirit and devotion to his wife.

Ken is survived by two biological daughters, Michelle and Heather; his brother-in-law, Anthony; sister-in-law, Joyce; nephew, Stephan; cousin, Nancy, Robin, and Bill; and “niece” Lauren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Janis L. Koppany and his brother, John “Jack” Muth.

Ken will be interred with military funeral honors at 2:00 pm on Friday, May 29, 2026 at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 2645 Chesapeake City Road in Bear, DE 19701.
